Terms of use.

The rules for playing STEEZY, in plain words. Last updated 16 October 2026.

Playing STEEZY

STEEZY is a free game you play in your browser, made and run by the STEEZY team. By playing it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t play.

You need to be 13 or older to play. If you’re under 18, or too young to agree to terms like these where you live, a parent or guardian needs to agree for you and say yes to any purchase.

Early Beta

STEEZY is in Early Beta. Runs, lifts, features, prices and the economy will change, things will sometimes break, and the game may be down for updates.

We may reset or adjust progress during the beta (cheddar, levels, homes and records), for example to fix a bug or an exploit. Kits you bought belong to your account, not to your save, so a save reset doesn’t take them.

Your account

You can play, and buy kits, without an account. A guest’s progress and kits belong to the rider in that browser. Signing in with your email or with Discord keeps them in the cloud and on every computer you sign in on. Keep that email account and that Discord account secure: whoever controls them controls your STEEZY account.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, then Account & save. Deleting it removes your rider, progress, homes, records and the kits on it, for good.

Be good on the mountain

Pick a name you’d be fine with anyone seeing. No hateful, sexual or abusive names, and no pretending to be STEEZY staff or someone else.

Don’t harass other riders. Don’t cheat, use bots or exploits, or post records you didn’t ride. Don’t attack, overload or reverse-engineer the servers.

If you break these rules we may hide or change your name, remove your records or Moments pictures, take back items you got through a bug or an exploit, or block your access.

Cheddar and kits

Cheddar is earned in the game. It can’t be bought, sold, traded or cashed out, and it has no value outside STEEZY.

A kit gives your account the right to use those items in STEEZY. It isn’t ownership of anything outside the game, it has no cash value, and it can’t be transferred or resold.

Buying kits

Kits are sold through Tebex, our payment partner and the seller of record. Their checkout terms apply to the payment as well as these. Prices are in US dollars, and Tebex works out any sales tax or VAT for your country at checkout.

Founding Rider is limited to 250, numbered, one per account. A number is never reissued. Founders Patron is limited to 250, numbered, one per account. A refunded number is retired.

Every kit, the Sugarpine Supporter included, is a single payment. Nothing renews.

A kit bought without signing in belongs to the rider in that browser until you sign in. If the browser’s data is cleared first, we can move the kit to your account when you send us the Tebex receipt.

Kits that include a Discord role or channel get it from our bot once you link Discord to your account. Perks marked as coming, like early access to Mega Park, arrive when that feature opens.

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying a kit. For a refund or a purchase that didn’t arrive, see Help with purchases. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the kit is removed from the account. A refunded Founding Rider number is retired, and that account can’t buy Founding Rider again.

What you make, and what others see

Clips you save are yours to keep and share. Your rider name, outfit and where you are on the hill are visible to other riders while you play. Your name and records appear on the leaderboards, in the game and on this website. Moments, the pictures the game takes of your big tricks, show on the wall in the village with your name.

To have a record, a name or a Moments picture removed, email steezy.devs@gmail.com. The privacy notice explains what the game collects and why.

The fine print

We work hard to keep STEEZY running, but the game is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses that come from playing it or from it being unavailable. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law, including as a consumer.

If STEEZY ever closes for good, we’ll give as much notice as we can.

Changes

We may update these terms as the game grows. We’ll change the date at the top, and we’ll mention big changes in the game or on the updates page. Questions: steezy.devs@gmail.com.
